She is the producer and host of the award-winning podcast Blueprint for California Advocates.
Kristina has worked in the house of Labor for over twenty years, from her first job as a research assistant for the faculty union at Rutgers University to serving as a research analyst for AFSCME District Council 37 in New York City and representing state workers at CWA Local 1034 in Trenton, NJ. From 2014 through 2020, Kristina served as Legislative Director for the United Domestic Workers (UDW/AFSCME Local 3930).
